The Problem
National Housing Crisis
Cities nationwide face a housing crisis. Essential workers and young professionals struggle to find affordable, quality housing near their jobs. Rising rents, limited inventory, and outdated models force many to endure long commutes or poor living conditions
Miami, a city renowned for its vibrancy and opportunity, is no exception. Here, the housing shortage is exacerbated by skyrocketing costs and limited space, leaving the backbone of the city’s workforce without viable options
solution:
MODO
We are a transformative workforce housing project designed to address housing affordability and sustainability challenges across urban centers in the United States
MODO creates ECO-Friendly, scalable living spaces to redefine urban housing. Their affordable, modular homes serve essential workers and young professionals.

MODO offers high-quality living at a price point that's accessible to essential workers and young professionals.

Target Market
Essential Workforce Members
Teachers, nurses, first responders, and other key contributors to the community who need affordable, high-quality housing near their workplaces
Young Professionals
Entry to mid-level professionals seeking affordable, high-quality living options that are convenient and connected to their work and social life.
Renters Seeking Value
Individuals or small families looking for premium housing at a price point under $1,500/month, including WiFi and electricity
Live Local Programs
The Florida Live Local Act provides incentives to boost affordable housing. It allows increased zoning, tax breaks, and faster permitting for projects with affordable units. This overrides local rules, enabling mixed-use developments in commercial zones. The goal is to address Florida's housing shortage by making it easier to build affordable and workforce housing.
